Part 1 - Data Collection

1. Measure your heart rate through pulse. The value is called your resting heart rate.

Break-up into groups of 4.

2. Assign a time-keeper and recorder in your group.
i. Time-keeper will be in-charge of recording time and
ii. Recorder will record data of finishing time when pupils reach the bottom of staircase and announce it to his/her team members.

3. Walk up the flight of stairs to Level 3 (where the P6 classes are) and then come back down. When you arrived at the finishing line, take your heart rate through measuring your pulse.

4.  Everyone will record their time and pulse in Excel spreadsheet.

Part 2 - Analysing Data and Drawing Conclusion

1. Access the data from all participants through excel spreadsheet link.

2. All group will provide one conclusion based on the data and provide reason behind the conclusion
